Who is Called to Work with Meg?

I focus on serving organizations who want to improve their people skills (supervision, communications, performance planning and improvement). I love serving not for profit organizations in the same ways. And people who are in transition often explore career options through coaching with me.

Often when I am called in to "fix " a situation or person(s), the result of sustained coaching brings powerful and far reaching changes to the organization as well. I am often asked to provide staff development in the form of group coaching, coaching or mentoring related skill development workshops, facilitating visioning retreats, and developing boards of not for profits.

Current clients include executive directors of not for profits, middle managers in for- and not-for-profits, trainers and small congregations. Industries and service areas include manufacturing and distribution, housing, a financial center and a professional association.

Typical issues raised by clients in our coaching sessions include how do I/we:

bullet

Strategize to harness people resources, whether within the organization or stakeholders in the larger community.

bullet

Support a good employee/manager who wants to (or the organization wants to) develop in place.

bullet

Clarify personal mission, vision, and goals, and how those may fit with an organization

bullet

Integrate my spirit into my work

bullet

Manage anger /attitude adjustment.

bullet

Build my career development skills: research, resume, and interviewing

bullet

Plan my own business or new venture

bullet

Identify and resolve blocks to effective action
