Note 1: For all outcomes, be sure to make them SMART -
            Specific - describe what it will look like/feel like when it's met
            Measurable - have some way of determining the degree to which it was met
           Achievable - be realistic, but stretch
            Relevant - ties in with longer term goals and values
            Timely and time bound - makes sense to do this year and has deadline

Note 2: When thinking, writing, or talking about these outcomes, avoid the word "try." Use the positive affirmation - "I will ..." to reinforce your personal commitment.

Note 3: These outcomes should be shared with Gil and the group. It will be our role to help you stay on track and accomplish what you set out to do. That is - only write down what you really want to get done. No BS!

What are significant milestones or successes you will bring about in your life outside of work?
