Description of ServicesWe provide a full range of diagnostic processes and instruments to enable organizations to determine their direction, goals, and current status. Such assessment helps guide appropriate interventions and evaluation of effectiveness. We facilitate strategic planning and implementation utilizing concepts and tools such as Systems Thinking, Balanced Scorecard, Malcolm Baldrige models for business excellence, etc. We facilitate team forming by enabling members to learn and practice effective team work skills. We assist team building of intact teams through experiential interventions directly applied to real-world real-time action. Professional/Management/Executive/Leadership Development We work with organizations to design, develop, deliver and evaluate training that measurably increases performance and the bottom line. All of our training is customized to the specific needs of the customer and the specific group of participants. We also have certification in numerous off-the-shelf programs and ensure that the utilization of such programs directly addresses the needs of the organization. We work with organizations to help them evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and curriculum. This includes recommending methodologies that optimize adult learning styles and measuring application, transfer, and bottom-line impact. We work with individuals and with groups to help them gain greater clarity around their personal/professional goals. We help them to deepen their self-awareness and sustain momentum in creating the quality of life they desire. Such coaching assumes a holistic approach with specific action items resulting from each coaching session. We work with individuals and organizations in continuous and rapid process improvement. We coach organizations and individuals in developing key outcomes and measures using such tools as Balanced Scorecard, Baldrige criteria, socio-technical work design, systems thinking, and re-engineering.
